Post nº 7

Hello! Today I’m going to write about a very interesting topic for all, and when I say for all I really mean it, because the moment to talk about our planet and the environment, and how we recycle has arrived. So I’m going to talk from my personal point of view.

In the time we live, there’s no way to say that you know nothing about recycling. There’s a lot of information everywhere, in the street there’s always campaigns of several ambient protection organization, and there’s always internet! Maybe I don’t recycle very much, but I avoid making a lot of garbage. I collaborate every time I can. Like prefer the bike instead of a car. I use the bike every time I can to travel short distances (few kilometers), but when I have to travel long distances, I prefer to use public transport; it’s more environmental friendly than use a car.

And interesting point of this topic, are the eco-organizations. These kinds of organizations are always doing campaigns to support them to join them. I never joined one of these organizations, but I share their ideas. I don’t like very much these organizations, I don’t like the way that are managed, I think that they’re so commercials right now, so I really prefer to do what I can by myself.

I really like to start things such separate garbage, but I feel that I’m so messy to do that! Anyway, there’s always little things to do, to make this world a better place, and to save it for the next generations!

How new technologies have change the way we interact

Hello there dear readers! Well, today I’m to write what I think about a controversial theme, and yes, you guessed! I’m going to talk about how technologies and social networks had affect the way we communicate each others.
As you can remember, the life before this technologies was kind different. Even when the world was already started these changes, relationships were simpler, more real. Conversations were made face to face, and not behind a computer screen. Maybe the advantage of the technology and social networks is that you can communicate with people that in other ways you couldn’t. Also it allows you to talk with more than one person at the same time (you easily can keep conversations with ten or more “friends”).
But, is this what socialize means? Is this want we want for the new generations? I believe that no. I think socialize means a closer relationship, to go out, to walk, to talk face to face, to share. You need time to dedicate to your family and friends. To socialize you don’t depend of a computer or a phone. You don’t even need one if you know where the people you like lives, and when they’re available to share time with you!

It depends on us, to assure that the new generations lives the things that we most miss of those days when a cell phone was just work tool and not an absorbing touch screen.
